Why this step exists

By this step you are producing a substantial recorded asset every month. Repurposing is what converts that one recording into several weeks of distribution without asking you to generate new thinking on a schedule you cannot hold.

This is also the step that makes the whole system survivable for an owner-operated business. Consistency stops depending on discipline and starts depending on process.

What you do

Pull clips, posts, and newsletter drafts from each live

Work from the transcript rather than your memory of the session. The moments worth clipping are usually the answers you gave in Q&A, not the points you planned, because those are the ones the audience asked for.

Map each asset to one stage of buyer intent

Some clips create awareness, some handle a specific objection, some ask for the call. Label each asset with the job it does, so your feed moves people forward rather than repeating the same note.

Distribute over a two to four week cadence from one recording

Spread the assets across the weeks between events. Done properly, one recording carries your distribution until the next live, and the two reinforce each other.

What good looks like

Where owners get this wrong

Before you move on. You are ready for Step 6 when one live recording reliably produces two to four weeks of distribution without you writing new material from scratch.
